Profile

Was born in Naples in 1981. After the degree in Set Designing at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, he has carried out his activity in two field: set designing and designing ( advertising graphics, comic strip and illustration). He has illustrated prints for a fashion House, advertising campaigns and logos for many companies. He has participated in many contests of illustration and comic strip: in 1998 he was placed third at the Andrea Pazienza National Award; in 2004 he was placed First at the InVinoVeritas Award, Young Umorist Group, and was finalist at the International Award SwissInCheese. In 2005 he received special recognition at the Lucca Project Contest; moreover, the same year his work was selected at the VII Tehran International Cartoon Biennal and published in Catalogue. In 2007 he was placed Second at the International Award for Children Illustration Scarpetta D?Oro and received a special Recognition at the SpiritoDiVino Award. In 2006 he realized a cartoon short ?NO SMOKING (please dress casual)? awarded as the Best Cartoon Short at the Massimo Troisi Award, awarded also the Best Cartoon Short and the Audience Award at the Festival OCCHIOalCORTO and with a special Recognition for the Technique at the Col fiato corto- cortometraggi contro il fumo Award and many recognitions in other Festivals. He has worked as set designer for the cinema, theatre and television.
Currently he lives in Rome.
