Francesca Vignaga was born in 24th October 1980 in Arzignano (Vicenza) where she lives and works.
She studied at Liceo Artistico specializing in visual design.
Prizes and expositions
She won many international prizes: the First prize in the international illustration competition ?Il gabbiano Jonathan Livingston? in Turin in 2002, the Second prize in the international illustration competition ?Illustrissimi:the water? in Riccione in 2005 and the third prize prize in the international illustration competition Baraccano in Bologna in 2007.
She was selected in many important illustration competition in particularly in Sarmede from 2003 to 2007.
In 2007 she also won two important prizes about humour cartoon : ?Umoristi a Marostica? and ?Umorismo e satira? She took part in many collective and individual exhibitions in Italy and in foreign countries.
Publications
In Italy in 2007 she realized the illustrations of ?Ridi, coniglio? for Giunti editor and ?Paolino di Riciclandia? for Millennium editrice.
In 2005 for the Magnamare editor she created the illustrations for the book "Adriatico:volume primo" (a book about boats and battles on the sea) She also published 5 illustrated books in Malaysia and Taiwan.
Other activities
She creates laboratory about creativity,painting and creative recycling with children
